Three LFP packs totalling 621 kWh; a ~500 km range claim that independent long-distance testing has validated under realistic 40-tonne conditions; an in-house e-axle; CCS at 400 kW with MCS readiness engineered in. Delivering across the EU since 2024 with the deepest named-fleet reference base in the segment — retailers, 3PLs, industrial shippers whose fleet managers take reference calls. Where it wins. Compliance (full WVTA, delivering everywhere), service (densest factory network in Europe), track record (most deliveries, most references), and performance (validated consumption and range — the truck that made a 500 km electric day an ordinary sentence). The ecosystem around it — Daimler financing with residual products, Milence corridor membership — materially de-risks the ownership case.

Where it loses points. Warranty transparency: battery terms are negotiated per contract — no published SoH floor — costing it against SANY’s written 8-year/1.2M-km commitment. Price: premium positioning means the TCO case leans on efficiency, resale confidence and toll geography rather than sticker advantage. Charging: 400 kW is today-adequate but trails the MCS future it must wait for like everyone else.

Fleet fit. Regional and medium trunk routes up to genuine 450–500 km days, depot-anchored with opportunity charging; ideal as the first electric tractor for fleets that need a reference-proof choice the board cannot second-guess. Less suited: ultra-long-haul pending MCS infrastructure, and price-led tenders where Chinese entrants will undercut.
