Every model in our comparison, ranked by the weighted WattTonne Score (method v1.0). Scores reflect verifiable evidence — not vehicle quality claims — and move as field tests and manufacturer evidence arrive. Three-state scoring: a dimension with verifiable evidence is scored 1–5; a dimension with insufficient evidence is marked n/a and excluded from the total; the total is the weighted average of scored dimensions only, ×20. Evidence completeness (scored ÷ 7) is shown under every total; below 60% the score is provisional. EU approval status is shown for information and never gates inclusion. Reading the board
The top tier is European not because of origin but because of evidence density: published terms, named fleets, dense networks. What holds some Chinese models back is verifiable evidence — prices, references, service depth — all of which manufacturers can fix. Models marked provisional have fewer than 60% of dimensions backed by verifiable evidence; their totals are a lower-bound signal, not a full assessment.
