Where it loses points — and why 65. Price transparency (1/5): no list price, per-customer negotiation — fleets cannot shortlist what they cannot budget, and our scorecard prices that as severely as the market does. Track record (2/5): early operations, unnamed customers. Service (3/5): partner breadth claimed, factory-standard depth unverified — a field-test question. TCO (3/5): unverifiable without a price. Performance (4/5): strong reported figures, pending our own measured test.
