France’s zones à faibles émissions (ZFE) continued tightening through 2026: staged restrictions in Paris, Lyon, Marseille and other metropolitan areas progressively limiting older diesel commercial vehicles’ access — the regulatory force doing the work that a national CO₂-graded truck toll does elsewhere.
