The UK market context makes this more than a stand report: Britain is simultaneously Europe’s most generous truck-incentive market (Plug-in Truck Grant up to £81,000 from April, depot scheme at 70%) and one of its least electrified in heavy trucks — meaning UK fleet capability (technicians, drivers, bodybuilders) is the binding constraint, not vehicle availability.
