Kempower reported more than 4,300 MCS charging sessions by 1 July 2026 across its deployed megawatt programs, alongside the start of Mega Satellite Flex deliveries (dual CCS 560 kW / MCS 1.2 MW dispensers). Session count is the metric that matters: megawatt truck charging is no longer being demonstrated — it’s being used, daily, across Nordic, German, UK and North American sites.

Usage data changes the infrastructure conversation three ways. For CPOs, it de-risks MCS hardware investment (the Flex exists precisely to monetise CCS fleets today while being MCS-ready). For truck makers, it validates that their MCS-equipped vehicles (MAN series production, Mercedes/Scania ready) find functioning infrastructure in the wild. For fleets, it’s the evidence base for writing megawatt readiness into 2027 procurement without ‘unproven’ caveats.

The numbers to watch next: sessions per site per day (utilisation — the same iron rule as swap, at lower throughput), and the geographic spread as Iberdrola’s Murcia, BP Pulse’s Ashford and the Milence MILES build add southern and corridor coverage through 2027.
