It’s the same playbook BYD runs with its Hungary plant and that Chinese carmakers used for European EV entry — and it signals the entrants have learned from Windrose: infrastructure of trust before volume.

For European fleets: SuperPanther joins the watch list of entrants worth an evaluation slot once production starts — the question set is the standard one (WVTA status, written warranty, binding price, named references).
